SHIPPING: Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping methods include: First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. Express delivery is also available. You will receive all available shipping quotes during your checkout process and will have a chance to choose the method that is best for your needs. Every effort has been made to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
RETURNS: We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders! If you are not happy with your order, we will accept returns within 10 days of shipment. Contact us immediately upon receipt of your order and we will issue a full refund (minus shipping). You will be responsible for return shipping costs. NO RETURNS will be accepted without first contacting us! All return/exchange merchandises must be in their original packages - Do not open the package if you need to make an exchange/return, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS UNLESS THERE WAS AN ERROR MADE ON OUR PART! See Personalized Items section below. One exception to our return and exchange policy is that we can not accept return or exchange of lingerie, the main reason for this is to protect our customers - safety & sanitary issues. We hope you will understand our concern and fully support our decision on this policy. So make sure you have the correct size when making order. If a mistake were made from us when preparing your order, exchange will be accepted.
LOCAL PICKUP: If you are a local customer living in or around the Bay area, we will gladly arrange for local pickup of your order to avoid shipping costs. Please email us support@graceimageonline.com or call us at 408-270-3979 ahead of time so your order can be prepared and We will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: When ordering personalized items, please pay extra attention to give correct spellings for names. If a spelling error is made on our part, we will gladly re-print and ship a replacement order at no additional charge to you. However, if the error was made on your part no refund or credit will be issued. Please note that personalized items are not returnable or refundable! |
